Here's a message I received from my mother today. I didn't do any editing. This is how she talks (and spells, when she's typing):

I had to tell you something my trainer told me when she was there on Tues. She had this guy that gets gasy when he trains and will excuse himself to go to the next room and farts really loud. I almost fell off the Gazelle laughing when she told me. Isn't that funny?? Only a guy would be that stupid, hell go outside if your going to blow the building up.
